Once you’ve chosen your preferred package and wedding date, a booking fee is required to secure your reservation. Your date is not considered confirmed until the booking fee has been received and your booking agreement has been completed. Payment can be made via direct deposit or cash.

Just Us Package - A non-refundable booking fee equal to 75% of the total package price is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your wedding date.

The Vow & The Estate Experience Package - A non-refundable booking fee equal to 50% of the total package price is required to secure your booking. A further 25% is due 30 days prior to your wedding, with the remaining 25% due 14 days prior to the event.

Catering depends on the package you’ve selected.

Just Us - External caterers and food vendors are not permitted. Couples can add a grazing table as an optional extra.

The Vow - External caterers and food vendors are permitted at the cost to the couple.

The Estate Experience - Standard canapé catering for up to 50 guests is included. Couples may also choose an approved external caterer with prior written approval.

External caterers are permitted for The Vow and The Estate Experience package with prior written approval. All external caterers must hold current public liability insurance and provide a valid Certificate of Currency before your wedding date.

Yes. BYO alcohol is permitted in accordance with NSW liquor laws.

For larger weddings that involve bar service, cocktails or alcohol distribution, alcohol must be served by a licensed third-party caterer or bar service. Relevant licenses and RSA certification must be provided before your wedding date. Self-service bars and alcohol service by unlicensed persons are not permitted.

Yes. Couples are responsible for engaging and paying their own celebrate and ensuring all legal requirements for marriage in NSW are met.

We do have two celebrants that we highly recommend and can offer their services to you.

Absolutely. You’re welcome to select your own photographer or videographer, or we can recommend one of our preferred suppliers.

Yes. We work with a range of trusted local wedding professionals and can provide recommendations for photographers, celebrants, caterers and other wedding vendors upon request.

Yes. We offer The Tapitallee Retreat, our private on-site accommodation overlooking the dam.

The retreat includes a king bedroom, kitchenette, outdoor entertaining area, BBQ, smart TV and a beautifully prepared wedding night package feature a charcuterie board, wine or champagne and romantic styling.

Yes. On-site parking is available for all wedding guests, and we ask that all vehicles remain within the designated parking areas to help protect the estate grounds.

Yes. You’re welcome to add your own styling and decorations to personalize your celebration.

Please note that confetti, glitter and rice are not permitted. Bubbles and rose petals may be used outdoors.

Additional styling and hire items are also available through Wren & Co Estate.

Pets are not permitted at Wren & Co Estate. Service animals may be approved with prior notice.

We understand that weather can be unpredictable. If severe weather affects your wedding day, we’ll work closely with you to discuss alternative arrangements and available options. In circumstances beyond our control, including extreme weather events, we’ll work with you to reschedule your celebration at no additional cost.

Additional time may be available, subject to availability. Additional charges apply for bookings that extend beyond the allocated package time. Please speak with your Venue Manager before your wedding day to discuss extending your celebration.
